This page explains our processes, estimated production times, shipping options, and what to expect when you place an order with Katfam Photo.
1. Processing & Turnaround Time
We work hard to complete your order as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality.
- Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, for large orders, or if we need to contact you about your files or design.
2. Shipping Options (U.S. & International)
We ship nationwide across the United States and, in many cases, internationally.
Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS / FedEx)
Typically 3 – 7 business days after production is complete. Free shipping may be available on select products (see product page).
Expedited Shipping (2 – 3 Business Days)
Available at checkout for an additional cost. Ideal if you need your order sooner.
International Shipping
Delivery times vary by country (typically 7 – 21 business days). Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Local Pickup (Framingham, MA)
Prefer to pick up your order? No problem!
- Pick up at our store: 847 Edgell Road, Framingham, MA 01701
- You’ll receive an email or text notification when your order is ready.
- Please wait for confirmation before coming to the store.
- Bring your order number and a valid ID if requested.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can also check your order status in your account on our website.
- Tracking information may take 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
5. Delays or Issues
- If there are unexpected delays (weather, carrier issues, or high order volume), we will notify you.
- If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist you.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to help.
6. Packaging
- Your prints and products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
- We use sturdy boxes, protective materials, and photo-safe packaging.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and items.
