2. Customer Content and Files

You are responsible for the content, accuracy, and quality of the files, images, and information you provide. We are not liable for poor print quality, cropping issues, incorrect colors, or other results caused by low-resolution files, incorrect settings, or information provided by you.

3. Original Media and Irreplaceable Items

While we take great care in handling your original photos, film, negatives, slides, tapes, and other media, Katfam Photo is not liable for loss, damage, or deterioration of irreplaceable items, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We strongly recommend keeping backup copies whenever possible.

4. Shipping and Third-Party Carriers

We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) or other third parties. Once an order is handed to the carrier, the carrier’s terms and liability limits apply. Please review our Shipping & Turnaround Policy for more details.

5. Website and Technical Issues
