Overview
At Katfam Photo, we take pride in delivering high-quality photo printing, scanning, and custom photo products. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, our return policy differs from standard retail products.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom and personalized nature of many of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started or the order has been completed:
✓ Custom photo prints
✓ Canvas prints and wall art
✓ Photo books
✓ Calendars and cards
✓ Scanned photos, slides, or negatives
✓ Digitization services
✓ Personalized or custom-designed products
Please ensure that all images, sizes, and order details are correct before placing your order.
Returns for Defective or Damaged Items
We only accept returns or replacements if the item you received is:
✓ Damaged during production
✓ Defective
✓ Incorrect due to our error
If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
You may be asked to provide:
✓ Your order number or receipt
✓ Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost or provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
✓ The refund will be issued to your original method of payment
✓ Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider
Refunds are typically issued only when:
✓ An order cannot be fulfilled
✓ There is a confirmed production error
✓ A cancellation is made before production begins
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
✓ Check your bank account again
✓ Contact your credit card company as processing times may vary
✓ Contact your bank for additional processing updates
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly due to our error.
To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our mistake.
✓ Return shipping costs are non-refundable
✓ Trackable shipping services are recommended for valuable items
✓ Shipping insurance is recommended for higher-value returns
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Because many of our products are produced quickly, including same-day photo printing services, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
